Abstract:

ased on multi-satellite altimeter data(Geosat GM data,ERS-1 data, T/P data, new T/P data,ERS-2 data and GFO data), a MSS model over China sea and adjacent seas with 2′×2′ resolution is obtained using compelling-correction. With the global gravity field model of the earth EIGEN-GL04C calculated from GRACE data as reference model, a Altimeter-Geoid model over China sea and adjacent seas with 2′×2′resolution is calculated using Altimeter-Deflection of the Vertical; At last based on the idea of remove-restore and with Gauss filtering to deal with residual SST, a SST model over China sea and adjacent seas with 2′×2′resolution is obtained. The Quasi-stationary SST model is compared with mean sea level height through leveling at permanent tidal stations. Taking the leveling height of the tidal station as situ truth, the RMS as the accuracy of the SST model is 5.52cm
